Branch Service Appointment

In line with the directives of the UAE government in addressing the COVID-19 pandemic, and based on Circular No. (10) Of 2021 issued by the FAHR, the following was decided:
As of Sunday, 1st of August 2021, it has been decided not to allow customers, visitors, employees of outsourcing companies, or any other person other than the bank employees to access customer service branches for any reason, unless:

  • The customer or visitor had two doses of the approved COVID-19 vaccine in the country.
  • Or he must have a negative swab (PCR) test result that is valid for not more than (48) hours, to be proven in AL-HOSN.
  • Or who was one of the unvaccinated people who obtained an exemption from health authorities, provided that he had a negative result for the swab (PCR) test valid for a period not exceeding (48) hours from receiving the result, must be proven in AL-HOSN.
  • An exception to this circular is made for those under 16 years of age.
  • We also requested to adhere to precautionary measures.
  • Please cooperate to limit the spread of COVID – 19.
